Wireless Air Integration:
The CompuMask HUD Wristwatch PDC is a sophisticated Personal Dive Computer featuring AERIS wireless air integration technology.
A transmitter threaded into the first stage high-pressure port continuously sends cylinder pressure data to the wristwatch.
Frequencies are individually coded to allow multiple divers to swim side by side without interference with other units.
Because the transmitter and display module are independent and separately powered units, the mask may also be easily used as a stand alone, non-air integrated dive computer.
Advanced Free Dive Mode:
The CompuMask HUD provides accurate depth and time with an amazing 1-second sampling rate for subsequent PC download and analysis.
Dive Time is displayed in seconds and minutes.
Custom audible alarms include Elapsed Dive Time, Countdown Timer and (3) Independent Max Depth Alarms.
The CompuMask HUD is the first Free Diving Computer to calculate and track Nitrogen Tissue Loading, allowing you to switch between SCUBA dives and Free Dives on the same dive day.
Patented Air Time Remaining Algorithm:
Youre at 80 feet with 1300 psi remaining in your cylinder - how long before you need to begin an ascent to a shallower depth-
Our patented Air Time Remaining feature calculates your current depth, breathing rate, cylinder pressure, ascent time, and decompression status to tell you exactly how much time you can remain underwater.
Full-Time Air Time Remaining Display:
The CompuMask HUD-s primary dive mode always displays approximate Air Time Remaining in 10 minute increments.
Dive Time Remaining:
Dive Time Remaining, like Air Time Remaining provides a real number in minutes, considering Air Time Remaining, Nitrogen and Oxygen absorption, and automatically displays whichever allows less time.
Turn-Around Pressure Alarm:
The Turn-Around Pressure Alarm is a unique patent-pending feature that allows you to pre-program an audible reminder when you reach 1000 to 3000 psi in 250 psi increments. This helps ensure that you return to your exit point with plenty of air.
Oversized Digits:
Take the AERIS challenge: When shopping for a new dive computer, compare the displays.
When it comes to viewing critical information, which would you rather see at 100 feet-
Audible Alarms:
The CompuMask HUD features a variety of system and user-customized audible alarms, alerting you to situations that pose a potential danger, or simply serve as a convenient reminder.
Audible Alarm Acknowledgement-:
Have you ever had difficulty hearing your computers audible alarm-
Perhaps that little beep signifying a potentially dangerous situation was timed perfectly with your exhaust bubbles rushing past your ears.
Or maybe it seemed insignificant as that huge manta ray soared overhead.
You wont miss the CompuMask HUDs audible alarm. Once triggered, the alarm will sound continuously for 10 seconds.
We know what youre thinking. "Thats nice, Ill definitely hear the alarm, but isnt that going to annoy me and everyone else in the water-"
We thought of that too.
The alarms job is to get your attention so that you look at the computer.
Once it does that, simply press the button and it will stop.
Youre a responsible diver and the CompuMask HUD treats you that way.
Air or Nitrox:
The CompuMask HUD acts simply as an Air computer until you tell it otherwise, whether that is this weekend or 2 years down the road.
AERIS Personal Dive Computer Algorithm:
Decompression theory can be trusted only as far as it has been demonstrated by actual test dive data.
In 1987 a unique series of experiments were conducted by Diving Science and Technology (DSAT).
Commissioned by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), these Doppler ultrasound monitored human experiments conducted by Dr. Michael Powell produced the most comprehensive data set that exists for recreational divers to this day.
These data were used to validate the PADI Recreational Dive Planner and are the basis of the algorithm used in all AERIS Personal Dive Computers (PDCs).
Personal Conservative Factor Adjustment:
When the Conservative Factor is set On, the no-decompression limit times are reduced to values equivalent to those that would be available at the next higher 3000 foot (915 meter) altitude.
"The Ultimate Adjustable Algorithm":
Thats the way divers, instructors and Authorized Dealers refer to AERIS PDCs.
Our tissue loading bar graphs provide complete control of your margin of safety for each dive.
Want to be a bit more cautious- Make it a personal rule to never enter into the caution zone or stay one or more pixel away.
Now you can even program several of our PDCs to do it for you with our patent pending Nitrogen Bar Graph Alarm set it once and let the CompuMask HUD alert you when your bar graph reaches that level.
No Deco Safety Stop Prompt with Adjustable Depth and Time:
An audible and visual alarm remind you as you approach your programmed no decompression safety stop depth and an automatic timer counts down to zero.
As in any other dive mode, you still have access to other pieces of information, and there is no penalty should you choose to disregard the safety stop.
FastSet User Interface:
Speed through menu items and set modes easily and quickly with AERIS FastSet Menu and intuitive button operation.
Date and Time Stamp:
The CompuMask HUD features time of day on the surface as well as underwater for quick reference.
Time and date stamp also helps you to easily identify specific dives in Log Mode or PC download memory.
Alphanumeric Display:
An alphanumeric "Message Box" is incorporated in the upper portion of the CompuMask HUD display to provide text and numeric readouts in simple, unambiguous terms.
Imagine beginning an ascent and as the ascent speed increases hearing a warning beep from the CompuMask HUD as the message box alerts with the words "TOO FAST".
Automatic Altitude Compensation:
The CompuMask HUD automatically compensates for altitude dives up to 14,000 feet, giving adjusted no-decompression times and depths.
The CompuMask HUD even automatically recalibrates the depth displays for freshwater instead of seawater above 2,000 feet.
Diver-Replaceable Batteries:
The CompuMask HUD and wireless transmitter feature diver replaceable batteries. This can be a real trip-saver on board a live-aboard boat!
Battery Hot Swap:
Should you be in a tight spot between dives, the "hot-swap" feature allows you to change batteries between dives while maintaining all calculations.
24-Hour Fly Countdown and Calculated Desaturation Time:
The CompuMask HUD features both a 24-hour countdown timer and calculated Desaturation Time, the theoretical time required to off-gas all residual nitrogen at sea level.
Depth-Dependent Ascent Rate:
The CompuMask HUD features a depth-dependant ascent rate, allowing increased rates at deeper depths and providing additional safety as you near the surface.
Adjustable OceanGlo® Backlighting:
Backlighting may be adjusted before the dive or "on-the-fly" underwater for brightness as well as full-time or on demand use.
24 Dive On-Unit Log Book:
The CompuMask HUD features on-unit data storage capacity for 24 dives. Date and time stamp makes locating and viewing a specific dive quick and easy .
History Mode:
History Mode displays accumulative information for up to 9999 dives, 9999 dive hours and the maximum depth achieved. History information is maintained indefinitely, even if the battery is replaced .
ACI PC Download and Settings Upload Interface:
AERIS ACI PC Interface is an exquisitely detailed digital dive log. OceanLog allows you to easily transfer dive data from your CompuMask HUD to your PC via a plug-in USB cable.
Following download, your dive data is automatically formatted for easy viewing, sorting, analysis, and printing.
Enter location, dive buddy and your notes and youve instantly created your own digital logbook.
In addition to detailed dive analysis, the ACI PC Interface also allows you to quickly and easily set most of your user settings and options through your PC.
Gauge Mode:
Divers using advanced breathing gas may utilize the CompuMask HUD as an advanced air integrated digital depth gauge and bottom timer with detailed PC Interface.
Split Set Mode Access:
To make easy work of customizing your CompuMask HUD, our user settings and options are organized in one of four set modes.
Set F (FO2) includes all Nitrox settings. Set A (Alarms) allows you to activate and customize all audible alarms.
Set U (Utilities) includes units of measurement, PC sampling rate, transmitter link codes, and conservative factor settings, and Set T (Time) includes date and time.
USER SETTINGS AND OPTIONS:
Air or Nitrox:
The CompuMask HUD acts simply as an Air computer until you tell it otherwise, whether that is this weekend or 2 years down the road.
As your training and experience grow, the CompuMask HUD is designed to grow with you, being easily programmed for Nitrox mixtures from 21% to 50%.
FO2 50% Default On/Off:
Following a Nitrox dive, many dive computers calculate your next dive based on a "worse-case scenario", mix of 50% Oxygen and 79% Nitrogen should you forget to reset your actual mix.
With FO2 50% Default OFF, your mix remains at the original set point until you change it again.
Receiver ON/OFF:
Since the only information sent by the wireless transmitter is cylinder pressure and transmitter battery status, the CompuMask HUD is actually a fully functional Personal Dive Computer without air integration features when the Receiver is set Off.
Dive Mode Selection:
Activate Digital Gauge Mode for dives conducted beyond the limits of the Air/Nitrox computer, Free Dive Mode or NORM Mode for Air and Nitrox dives.
Audible Alarm On/Off:
You may choose to deactivate all audible alarms.
Maximum Depth Alarm:
The Maximum Depth Alarm provides an audible warning upon reaching your planned maximum depth.
This is an important safety feature for deeper dives or less experienced divers, and it comes in handy for rebreather diving where you can pre-set another level of safety.
Elapsed Dive Time Alarm:
Youre on a boat trip and the captain says, "Dive your own profiles, but be back in an hour - were having lunch!" Just set your CompuMask HUD to alert you when your elapsed dive time reaches one hour.
Nitrogen Tissue Loading Bar Graph Alarm:
AERIS trademark nitrogen bar graph design provides the ultimate user-adjustable computer.
Want to be a bit more cautious- Make it a personal rule to never enter into the caution zone, or stay one pixel away, or - you get the point.
Now you can program the CompuMask HUD to do it for you. Set it once and let your computer alert you when your bar graph reaches a pre-determined level.
Dive Time Remaining Alarm:
Dive Time Remaining provides a real number in minutes.
This calculation considers both Nitrogen and Oxygen absorption, displaying whichever allows less time.
With this unique CompuMask HUD feature, you are able to program an audible alarm to alert you upon reaching a pre-set number in minutes.
Ending Pressure Alarm:
Air Time Remaining calculations are based on the Ending Pressure Alarm.
You define how much air you want in reserve upon reaching the surface.
Maximum PO2 Level Alarm (Nitrox):
When diving Nitrox, do you prefer your maximum PO2 exposure to be 1.2 ATA- 1.6 ATA- Depending on where you learned and your own personal comfort zone, the answer may be very different from diver to diver.
The CompuMask HUD lets you set your own limit. Program an audible alarm to sound at the level that you prefer.
Water Activation On/Off:
The CompuMask HUD automatically enters Dive Mode when the water contacts are wet, and the unit is submerged past 4 feet.
To avoid this when swimming or enjoying other water sports, simply set Water Activation Off.
Units of Measurement:
Choose between Metric and Imperial settings for date, temperature, depth and pressure.
Automatic Safety Stop Prompt with Adjustable Depth and Time:
Set the Automatic Safety Stop Prompt On or Off. Set the Stop Depth to 10, 15 or 20 feet and the Stop Time to 3 or 5 minutes.
Personal Conservative Factor:
Set the Conservative Factor On to further reduce your exposure to decompression sickness.
User-Defined Backlight Duration and Intensity
Would you like the backlight to shut off as soon as you release the button-
Would you rather it remain on for 0, 5, or 10 seconds- Would you rather it remain on continously during the dive-
We dont need to make these decisions for you its your choice.
The CompuMask HUD even allows you to make modifications to these settings "on-the-fly" during the dive.
PC Interface Sampling Rate:
You have the option to choose at which rate the CompuMask HUD samples and stores data for later download to your PC.
Transmitter Link Code:
The CompuMask HUD wireless transmitter sends an encoded serial number, so that multiple units may be used side-by-side without interference.

Patent Pending Nitrogen Tissue Loading Bar Graph Adjustment allows you to select the personal degree of conservatism you wish to build into each dive. An audible alarm alerts you when the bar graph has reached your maximum desired set point. (all models exept Veo 100/150)
"The ultimate adjustable algorithm." Thats the way divers, instructors and Oceanic Dealers refer to Oceanic PDCs. Our trademark bar graphs provide complete control of your margin of safety for each dive. Want to be a bit more cautious- Make it a personal rule to never enter into the caution zone, or stay one pixel away, or - you get the point. Now you can even program several of our PDCs to do it for you with our patent pending Nitrogen Bar Graph Alarm set it once and let your computer alert you when your bar graph reaches that level.
*Battery Life: Battery life estimates are based on full-capacity batteries, and continuous usage as described.
- 7 days per week
- 2 dives per day
- 1 hour dive time
- 2 hour surface interval
- 18 hour interval from last dive to the first of the next day
* The ATOM 2.0 Transmitter consumes little or no battery power when inactive, or not pressurized. For purposes of this specification, use life is based on continuous use, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
** Oceanic Personal Dive Computers have user selectable Sampling Rates that determine when data is sampled and stored for subsequent download to associated PC interface programs. More frequent sampling provides more data per dive yet results in storage of fewer dives for download. Switch Between 3 Independent Wireless Transmitters
The ATOM 2.0 Wristwatch PDC is a sophisticated Personal Dive Computer featuring Oceanics wireless air integration technology. A transmitter threaded into the first stage high-pressure port continuously sends cylinder pressure data to the wristwatch. Frequencies are individually coded to allow multiple divers to swim side by side without interference with other units, as well as allow advanced divers to monitor up to 3 independent cylinders. Because the transmitter and display module are independent and separately powered units, the receiver may also be easily used as a stand alone, non-air integrated dive computer.
Buddy Pressure Check-
Transmitters may be programmed for "SELF" or "BUD" for Buddy - when programmed for "BUD" - the ATOM 2.0 will search for and display pressure for transmitters that are within range (4-6 feet).
Advanced Free Dive Mode
The ATOM 2.0 provides accurate depth and time with an amazing 1-second sampling rate for subsequent PC download and analysis. Dive Time is displayed in seconds and minutes. Custom audible alarms include Elapsed Dive Time, Countdown Timer and (3) Independent Max Depth Alarms. The ATOM 2.0 is the first Free Diving Computer to calculate and track Nitrogen Tissue Loading, allowing you to switch between SCUBA dives and Free Dives on the same dive day.
Advanced Wristwatch Functions
The ATOM 2.0 is an advanced digital wristwatch featuring a 1/100 second chronograph (stopwatch) with lap timer, 24 hour countdown timer, daily alarm, alternate time zone with date, 12/24 hour clock, and OceanGlo® Backlight.
Patented Air Time Remaining Algorithm
Youre at 80 feet with 1300 psi remaining in your cylinder - how long before you need to begin an ascent to a shallower depth- Our patented Air Time Remaining feature calculates your current depth, breathing rate, cylinder pressure, ascent time, and decompression status to tell you exactly how much time you can remain underwater.
Full-Time Air Time Remaining Display
The ATOM 2.0-s primary dive mode always displays approximate Air Time Remaining in 10 minute increments.
Dive Time Remaining
Dive Time Remaining, like Air Time Remaining provides a real number in minutes, considering Air Time Remaining, Nitrogen and Oxygen absorption, and automatically displays whichever allows less time.
Turn-Around Pressure Alarm
The Turn-Around Pressure Alarm is a unique patent-pending feature that allows you to pre-program an audible reminder when you reach 1000 to 3000 psi in 250 psi increments. This helps ensure that you return to your exit point with plenty of air.
Oversized Digits
Take the Oceanic challenge: When shopping for a new dive computer, compare the displays. When it comes to viewing critical information, which would you rather see at 100 feet-
Audible Alarms with Flashing LED Warning Light
The ATOM 2.0 features a variety of system and user-customized audible alarms, alerting you to situations that pose a potential danger, or simply serve as a convenient reminder.
Audible Alarm Acknowledgement-
Have you ever had difficulty hearing your computers audible alarm- Perhaps that little beep signifying a potentially dangerous situation was timed perfectly with your exhaust bubbles rushing past your ears. Or maybe it seemed insignificant as that huge manta ray soared overhead. You wont miss the ATOM 2.0s audible alarm. Once triggered, the alarm will sound continuously for 10 seconds. We know what youre thinking. "Thats nice, Ill definitely hear the alarm, but isnt that going to annoy me and everyone else in the water-" We thought of that too. The alarms job is to get your attention so that you look at the computer. Once it does that, simply press the button and it will stop. Youre a responsible diver and the ATOM 2.0 treats you that way.
Air, Nitrox or 100% Oxygen
The ATOM 2.0 acts simply as an Air computer until you tell it otherwise, whether that is this weekend or 2 years down the road.
Switch between 3 Nitrox Mixes, to 100% Oxygen
As your training and experience grow, the ATOM 2.0 is designed to grow with you, being easily programmed for up to three individual gas mixtures containing from 21% to 100% oxygen.
Oceanic Personal Dive Computer Algorithm
Decompression theory can be trusted only as far as it has been demonstrated by actual test dive data. In 1987 a unique series of experiments were conducted by Diving Science and Technology (DSAT). Commissioned by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), these Doppler ultrasound monitored human experiments conducted by Dr. Michael Powell produced the most comprehensive data set that exists for recreational divers to this day. These data were used to validate the PADI Recreational Dive Planner and are the basis of the algorithm used in all Oceanic Personal Dive Computers (PDCs).
Personal Conservative Factor Adjustment
When the Conservative Factor is set On, the no-decompression limit times are reduced to values equivalent to those that would be available at the next higher 3000 foot (915 meter) altitude.
"The Ultimate Adjustable Algorithm"
Thats the way divers, instructors and Authorized Dealers refer to Oceanic PDCs. Our tissue loading bar graphs provide complete control of your margin of safety for each dive. Want to be a bit more cautious- Make it a personal rule to never enter into the caution zone or stay one or more pixel away. Now you can even program several of our PDCs to do it for you with our patent pending Nitrogen Bar Graph Alarm set it once and let the ATOM 2.0 alert you when your bar graph reaches that level.
No Deco Safety Stop Prompt with Adjustable Depth and Time
An audible and visual alarm remind you as you approach your programmed no decompression safety stop depth and an automatic timer counts down to zero. As in any other dive mode, you still have access to other pieces of information, and there is no penalty should you choose to disregard the safety stop.
FastSet User Interface
Speed through menu items and set modes easily and quickly with Oceanics FastSet Menu and intuitive button operation.
Date and Time Stamp
The ATOM 2.0 features time of day on the surface as well as underwater for quick reference. Time and date stamp also helps you to easily identify specific dives in Log Mode or PC download memory.
Alphanumeric Display
An alphanumeric "Message Box" is incorporated in the upper portion of the ATOM 2.0 display to provide text and numeric readouts in simple, unambiguous terms. Imagine beginning an ascent and as the ascent speed increases hearing a warning beep from the ATOM 2.0 as the message box alerts with the words "TOO FAST" while the red LED warning light flashes.
Automatic Altitude Compensation
The ATOM 2.0 automatically compensates for altitude dives up to 14,000 feet, giving adjusted no-decompression times and depths. The ATOM 2.0 even automatically recalibrates the depth displays for freshwater instead of seawater above 2,000 feet.
Diver-Replaceable Batteries
The ATOM 2.0 and wireless transmitters feature diver replaceable batteries. This can be a real trip-saver on board a live-aboard boat!
Battery Hot Swap
Should you be in a tight spot between dives, the "hot-swap" feature allows you to change batteries between dives while maintaining all calculations.
24-Hour Fly Countdown and Calculated Desaturation Time
The ATOM 2.0 features both a 24-hour countdown timer and calculated Desaturation Time, the theoretical time required to off-gas all residual nitrogen at sea level.
Depth-Dependent Ascent Rate
The ATOM 2.0 features a depth-dependant ascent rate, allowing increased rates at deeper depths and providing additional safety as you near the surface.
SmartGlo® Backlighting
Want to verify your set mode options before your night dive- Press the side button to activate the backlight and go ahead! A small photo-sensor in the face of the ATOM 2.0 analyzes the intensity of ambient light each time another button is pressed. If it-s dark, SmartGlo backlighting will be there for you when you need it, and it will preserve battery life when you don-t.
24 Dive On-Unit Log Book
The ATOM 2.0 features on-unit data storage capacity for 24 dives. Date and time stamp makes locating and viewing a specific dive quick and easy .

Set A (Alarms) allows you to activate and customize all audible alarms. Set U (Utilities) includes units of measurement, PC sampling rate, transmitter link codes, and conservative factor settings, and Set T (Time) includes date and time.
USER SETTINGS AND OPTIONS
Air, Nitrox or 100% O2
The ATOM 2.0 acts simply as an Air computer until you tell it otherwise, whether that is this weekend or 2 years down the road. As your training and experience grow, the ATOM 2.0 is designed to grow with you, being easily programmed for up to 3 independent Nitrox mixtures from 21% to 100%.
FO2 50% Default On/Off
Following a Nitrox dive, many dive computers calculate your next dive based on a "worse-case scenario", mix of 50% Oxygen and 79% Nitrogen should you forget to reset your actual mix. With FO2 50% Default OFF, your mix remains at the original set point until you change it again.
Receiver ON/OFF
Since the only information sent by the wireless transmitter is cylinder pressure and transmitter battery status, the ATOM 2.0 is actually a fully functional Personal Dive Computer without air integration features when the Receiver is set Off.
Digital Gauge Mode On/Off
Activate Digital Gauge Mode for dives conducted beyond the limits of the Air/Nitrox computer.
Audible Alarm and Flashing LED Warning Light On/Off
You may choose to deactivate all audible and LED alarms.
Maximum Depth Alarm
The Maximum Depth Alarm provides an audible warning upon reaching your planned maximum depth. This is an important safety feature for deeper dives or less experienced divers, and it comes in handy for rebreather diving where you can pre-set another level of safety.
Elapsed Dive Time Alarm
Youre on a boat trip and the captain says, "Dive your own profiles, but be back in an hour - were having lunch!" Just set your ATOM 2.0 to alert you when your elapsed dive time reaches one hour.
Nitrogen Tissue Loading Bar Graph Alarm
Oceanics trademark nitrogen bar graph design provides the ultimate user-adjustable computer. Want to be a bit more cautious- Make it a personal rule to never enter into the caution zone, or stay one pixel away, or - you get the point. Now you can program the ATOM 2.0 to do it for you. Set it once and let your computer alert you when your bar graph reaches a pre-determined level.
Dive Time Remaining Alarm
Dive Time Remaining provides a real number in minutes. This calculation considers both Nitrogen and Oxygen absorption, displaying whichever allows less time. With this unique ATOM 2.0 feature, you are able to program an audible alarm to alert you upon reaching a pre-set number in minutes.
Ending Pressure Alarm
Air Time Remaining calculations are based on the Ending Pressure Alarm. You define how much air you want in reserve upon reaching the surface.
Maximum PO2 Level Alarm (Nitrox)
When diving Nitrox, do you prefer your maximum PO2 exposure to be 1.2 ATA- 1.6 ATA- Depending on where you learned and your own personal comfort zone, the answer may be very different from diver to diver. The ATOM 2.0 lets you set your own limit. Program an audible alarm to sound at the level that you prefer.
Water Activation On/Off
The ATOM 2.0 automatically enters Dive Mode when the water contacts are wet, and the unit is submerged past 4 feet. To avoid this when swimming or enjoying other water sports, simply set Water Activation Off.
Units of Measurement
Choose between Metric and Imperial settings for date, temperature, depth and pressure.
Automatic Safety Stop Prompt with Adjustable Depth and Time
Set the Automatic Safety Stop Prompt On or Off. Set the Stop Depth to 10, 15 or 20 feet and the Stop Time to 3 or 5 minutes.

Suunto D9 Titanium Without Transmitter
Suunto D9 Titanium Without Transmitter. The worlds first All-in-one dive computer
Suunto D9 is the worlds first dive computer to integrate a digital compass and wireless tank data reception.
Underwater a diver must monitor several gauges to receive the crucial information about the dive: depth, time, tank pressure, decompression status and direction to name just a few. Suunto D9 combines all dive-critical information in one instrument, conveniently mounted on your wrist. Instead of monitoring a multitude of gauges, you can concentrate on what is important - diving.
Suunto D9 is the worlds first dive computer to incorporate a digital compass. The compass shows the general direction with a graphical compass rose, as well as the exact bearing with a numerical display. Headings can be stored in Suunto D9s memory for later analysis. The compass can naturally be used on land too.
By using Suunto D9s optional wireless transmitter, the diver can also monitor tank pressure and air consumption data from the wrist. The remaining tank pressure is displayed both numerically and graphically, and an estimation of the remaining air-time is given throughout the dive. This allows the diver to monitor the remaining air supply at the same time as he monitors depth and time. Real time air consumption is also stored in the memory.
Suunto D9 can be used with up to three different gas mixes containing 21-100% oxygen, allowing gas switching during the dive. Decompression calculations are based on the Suunto Deep Stop RGBM model, which provides iterative deep stops as an alternative to traditional safety stops. For those intending to go really deep, the maximum depth display is set at 200m [660ft].
In addition to basic dive data, the built-in dive logbook provides a graphical dive profile where real time water temperature and tank pressure data can be analyzed on the wristop computer. The sampling rate can be set to as low as 1s.
The beautifully designed Suunto D9 has a titanium housing and includes an USB-compatible PC interface and the Suunto Dive Manager 2.0 software. Suunto D9 has two different straps to choose from - the traditional black elastomer as well as the luxury titanium strap.
Deeper Understanding
Instead of monitoring information from several sources, Suunto D9 provides you with all the crucial information from a single source, conveniently mounted on your wrist.
The integrated digital compass can be accessed from both DIVE and TIME modes, and provides a graphical compass rose display and numerically displayed bearings. Bearings can be locked, and visual aids are provided for navigating set courses or for pattern navigation. Headings can be stored in the memory for later analysis using the memory functions or the PC interface.
Suunto D9 can be used with the optional Suunto Wireless Transmitter. When enabled it provides the diver with tank pressure and air-time information, as well as a tank pressure bar graph. Real-time tank pressure data is stored in the memory, and can be later analyzed using the memory or PC interface functions.
Three different operating modes are available: Air, Nitrox and Gauge.
The air mode is for diving with standard air, whereas the nitrox mode provides an option for using up to three different gas mixes during the dive.
The gauge mode has several applications, such as for freediving. The profile-sampling rate can be set to as low as 1s, and the ascent rate monitoring can be disabled. The gauge mode also provides a dual display stopwatch, which allows the timing of underwater activities to the second. The maximum depth display of Suunto D9 is 200m/660ft.
Suunto D9 provides the user with an option to use traditional safety-stops, or to use deep stops. The deep stops are calculated iteratively throughout the dive, and the deep stop time can be set to 1 or 2min. The decompression calculations are based on the Suunto RGBM (Reduced Gradient Bubble Model).
The matrix display provides outstanding possibilities for post-dive analysis of the recorded information. In the memory mode the actual dive profile is graphically displayed, together with real time depth, time, tank pressure and temperature data. Locked compass bearings are also displayed in the profile.
The housing of Suunto D9 is made of titanium, with some stainless steel inserts. The display is made of scratch resistant mineral crystal glass, and the pressure rating is 20atm.
Suunto D9 comes with a USB-compatible PC-interface and the new Suunto Dive Manager 2.0 software.
Suunto D9 is the ultimate instrument of choice for all kinds of recreational, military and professional divers. Competitive divers such as freedivers, as well as technical divers, who do not compromise when it comes to the quality, materials and functionality of their equipment, will find Suunto D9 an invaluable diving aid.
Whether diving in familiar waters or exploring unknown oceans, safety is essential. Suunto D9 is packed with solutions that enable safe and responsible decisions underwater. The depth, time and decompression data, combined with the compass and air integration ensure that you know exactly how much time you can spend underwater, how deep you are, when you have to surface and how fast you can ascend. This way you can maximize your diving performance without jeopardizing your safety.
The extensive memory and logbook functions enable you to keep track of your previous dives and through them you can monitor your progress and plan your training accordingly.

This gas-switching, multi-mode, decompression dive computer with integrated digital compass will take your diving to the next level.
Suunto D6 is an advanced wristop dive computer designed for demanding divers. The three operating modes, gas-switching functionality, integrated digital compass, and the Suunto RGBM deep stop algorithm combine to make it one of the most feature-rich and versatile dive computers available.
All the information you need relating to depth, time, direction, and decompression status is now available on one clear wristop display.
In addition to having mode-specific information available to you at all times, your Suunto D6 records and stores data for later analysis. You can view, compare, and analyze your diving performance through the downloadable Suunto Dive Manager PC software.
Deeper Understanding
Suunto D6 has three dive modes: Air, Nitrox, and Gauge. The Air mode is used for diving with standard air, the Nitrox mode for one or two nitrox mixes, and the Gauge mode for use as a bottom timer.
When in Nitrox mode, you can accelerate decompression by switching to a gas mix with a higher oxygen percentage. You can preset two different gas mixes (with between 21 and 99% oxygen) and set PO2 values for each individual gas. While diving, its quick and easy to switch between enabled gas mixes. Gas switching is only allowed for gases that lie within the chosen maximum PO2 limits. CNS and OTU values are displayed using an Oxygen Limit Fraction (OLF) bar graph.
In the Gauge mode, Suunto D6 works as a bottom timer, and also provides accurate profile sampling and bookmarking functions. A dive timer with a reset function displays the dive time in minutes and seconds. This is extremely useful for timing accurate bottom times and decompression stops.
The integrated digital compass can be accessed from either Time mode or Dive mode, meaning that its as useful on dry land as it is beneath the waves. The Suunto D6 displays a graphical representation of a compass rose. The rose displays the cardinal and half cardinal points, and the current bearing is also displayed numerically. A bearing can be locked to help you follow a selected course, and directional arrows point towards the locked bearing.
Suunto D6 is packed with solutions that help you make safe and responsible decisions underwater. Depth, time, and directional information, together with complete decompression-stop data, ensure that you know precisely how long you have been underwater, how deep you are, where you are, and what is your ascent speed.
Suunto D6 incorporates Suunto RGBM, which allows you to choose a deep stop algorithm. This enables you to make iterative stops at depth instead of the traditional safety stop. During a decompression dive, this function allows you to make the most of your time underwater without jeopardizing your safety.
In addition to its versatile dive functionality, Suunto D6 also boasts extensive memory and logbook functions that enable you to keep track of your past dives, monitor your progress and plan your training.
