This system gives the diver the ability to change from a small exhaust tee to a large exhaust tee. This gives the user a choice, wider exhaust tee for minimal bubble interference (essential for underwater photography) and narrow exhaust tee for a smaller compact comfortable regulator. The regulator will be supplied with both sets of exhaust teesCan be converted from a right-handed hose configuration to a left-handed one. The process of changing the regulator to a left-handed configuration is both quick and simple. Apeks Regulator Hose Aquaflex Black. We are pleased to announce that we now offer new lightweight flexible hoses. The hoses are manufactured at the Apeks factory.The hose material itself features an external nylon safety braiding designed to resist snagging and abrasion. The double braiding resists UV rays out of the water, thus extending the life of the hose. The hose is lightweight and extremely flexible but is also strong with a burst pressure more than twice that of most traditional hoses. It is kink-resistant. Even if the hose were tied in a knot the gas flow would remain unobstructed. The fittings are the same as Apeks standard hose fittings and made to a high standard. We offer regulator and octopus hoses, special length hoses, and hoses fitted with Apeks quality swivel fitting. O2 compatible hoses are also available.The prices of the lightweight Flexi-hoses are the same as standard type Apeks hoses.
