Cressi Ellipse Balanced R - Mc9 Sc
Cressi Ellipse Balanced R - Mc9 Sc. Pairing of balanced and adjustable 2nd stage Ellipse Balanced with the hyper-balanced 1st stage MC9- SC.Thanks to the performance and the highly technological content of both stages this regulator is placed at the very top of the Cressi range. The user can adjust both the inhalation effort and the Venturi effect (dive / pre-dive) at any time during the dive. The 1st stage MC9 - SC is identical to model MC9, but with a special Seal Chamber which completely isolates the diaphragm and spring from contact with water.Ideal for diving in waters that are rich in suspension and mineral salts, for archaeological work, for potholing and diving in cold waters.2nd stage Ellipse BalancedMany of the exclusive technical characteristics of Ellipse, covered by 4 international patents, have been transferred to this new second stage.Ellipse Balanced has a slightly larger casing which is made from a sound absorbing material, and a new diaphragm that further improves the already very low inhalation effort of Ellipse. The weight is very low (the lightest in the category). The pneumatic balancing system of the piston allows for constant performance at any depth and with any air pressure in the tanks. An easy grip knob allows for the instant adjustment of the inhalation effort, even when wearing gloves, thus regulating it as first regulator or as spare regulator depending on the preferences of the user and the required use.The regulation system is protected by a double seal and is fully protected from contact with water, thus maintaining smooth rotation even over time.A small lever, located in the upper part of the casing, acts as a flow deviator and allows the Venturi effect to be adjusted. When placed in position (-) it functions as pre-dive, for getting into the water and the first stages of the dive, whilst when moved to (+) it allows the regulator to develop its maximum performance. An internal heat exchanger optimises the performance of the regulator even in cold waters. The special study of air flows inside the casing has meant that absolutely natural, smooth and very silent breathing has been obtained. The possibility of quickly removing the entire mechanical part from the casing significantly aids maintenance operations.Technical Characteristics of the 2nd stage Ellipse Balanced with 1st stage MC9-SC* Average inhalation effort: 3 mbar* Average exhalation effort: 8 mbar* Average breathing labour: 0.75 J/l* Quantity of air supplied: 2500 l/m (*)* Weight without hose 170 g(*) Values measured in compliance with standard UNI EN 250. 1st stage MC9-SCHyper-balanced Diaphragm 1st stage with highly technological content that places it at the top of the Cressi range.Very light body covered by a protective elastomer shell.Cylinder sheathed in an antifriction and anticorrosion material that guarantees perfect sliding of the piston and long maintenance intervals. The nozzle, made from 316 stainless steel, can be easily replaced, thus ensuring perfect air-tightness, even after many years of use.Advanced research on the passage of internal air and a special assistance chamber have enabled the drop of pressure upon inhalation to be kept to a minimum, thus guaranteeing high performance in any situation.Hyper-balancing allows for an increase of the intermediate pressure at maximum depths and lowering of the pressure in the tank, offering higher performance during the delicate ascent phase and at maximum depths. Cressi Ellipse Steel - Mc7 Af
Cressi Ellipse Steel - Mc7 Af. This model has been designed mainly for use in cold water.
The MC8 diaphragm first stage comes with the standard issue antifreeze kit and the second stage is identical to the one used in the Ellipse Titanium.
The first stage of the Ellipse Alaska is the already famous and excellent Cressi MC8 model balanced diaphragm. It comes with the antifreeze kit, which provides an additional waterproof chamber, to screw onto the end of the first stage.
This chamber ends with a silicon diaphragm on the outside that seals off the inside from contact with water, while still transmitting any pressure variation to the inner organs, thanks to the flexibility of the material.
The antifreeze kit is composed of two main parts, both made from strong chrome-plated brass. There is a mushroom element inside, made from acetylic resin, which connects the external diaphragm to the internal one.
The use of the antifreeze kit completely eliminates any water seepage into the external part of the first stage, so not only does it prevent the formation of ice in this area, but it also prevents the formation of deposits and incrustations on the diaphragm and on the spring.
This provides considerable advantages for divers working in mineral-rich water or with lots of suspension (archaeological sites, port works, caving etc.)

Cressi Travelight
Cressi Travelight. This jacket has been specifically designed for those who travel by plane as it is the result of painstaking research on the most suitable materials for reducing weight to a minimum.
It has exactly the same characteristics as the Flex in the sea model but with the addition of the integrated Lock Aid weight system.
Nothing has been left to chance in the search to achieve a record weight, beginning with the choice of the material, a 210 denier nylon which is light yet very strong.
The back is soft and padded and has a rear rubber area with a strong grip and a double strap to safely block the tank.
Two generous zip up pockets allow stowing of even bulky accessories.
On the back of the jacket two lead pockets allow for perfect distribution of the weights between these pockets and the Lock Aid integrated weight system.
The control for the rear release valve has been placed at the front, on the lower right hand side of the jacket.
All the D-rings are made from a light alloy.
Travelight can be folded up in just a few seconds and fastened with a special retractable strap so that it can be stowed easily in its own carrying bag, which has a shoulder strap.
Travelight-s very light structure and its anatomical shape make it a very tight-fitting and streamlined jacket once underwater and it offers very little resistance to forward movement.

Cressi Evo Big Eyes Black / Black
Cressi Evo Big Eyes Black / Black. This revolutionary mask is made from High Seal, a new material that offers extraordinary and unprecedented comfort. Not only has this new High Seal silicone been chosen, with its exceptional softness and comfort, but the entire design of the skirt has followed new rules which allow a point of contact between the mask and the face that has a very open angle. The mask rests on the face with unprecedented comfort and does not leave any marks on the skin, even after extended use.Naturally, to obtain such a result the entire structure of the skirt is differentiated, with internal ribs that stiffen the parts of the mask that are most stressed. The raked lenses, with their inverted drop shape (Cressi patent), are quite small and are brought as close to the pupils as possible, so that the already extraordinary visibility of the Matrix is increased by 25%.The headband uses the exclusive patented Cressi system of double injection of an elastomer on a rigid element and allows the buckles of the strap to be mounted not on the skirt structure, as done by our competitors, but on an indestructible elastic element that tilts on a vertical plane and can be completely bent sideways on a 180° curve. The thickness of the headband has been reduced to such an extent as to make it practically invisible when the mask is being worn.Big Eyes Evolution has been created to take prescription lenses: a small screwdriver and a few seconds are all it takes to replace the standard lenses with prescription lenses. The Big Eyes Evolution packaging can be completely recycled and the lower black part has been made from recycled material: Cressi also cares for the environment! Technical features * Skirt in High Seal silicone * Special structure of the skirt has differentiated rigidity * Very narrow headband in three materials, invisible when the mask is worn * Instantly adjustable buckles that are joined to the headband with an indestructible elastic element * Downward visibility is increased by 25% compared to the Matrix * Minimum internal volume * Also available in an optical version
